We left Great Falls Montana this morning around 10:30, and drove to Shelby, MT for fuel and lunch.  Then, a few miles later, we crossed the Canadian border at Sweetgrass, MT.  They only asked us where we were from, and if we had any firearms on board.  We said we were from Florida, had no firearms, and were driving through Canada to Alaska.  We are camped in Lethbridge, AB for 2 nights at a very nice Passport America park called Bridge View RV Resort.  It is also a Coast to Coast park.  Carol cooked a pot roast on the drive up in her crockpot, so the 6 of us had a nice dinner at her place.  After dinner, it was so nice that we all went for a walk around the park.

There is not a whole lot to see driving through northern Montana:  DSC00951DSC00952

We forgot to take pictures of our border crossing, but here are pictures of our sites in Lethbridge, we are in front, Dennis/Carol in back on the left, and Don/Sharon in back on the right.

Before dinner, we all started taking pictures of each other in Dennis/Carol’s rig. DSC00955DSC00956DSC00957

As we started our walk, everyone gathered around Don/Sharon’s rig to point out the state we are headed for – Alaska.

Then it was time to take pictures of the park’s entrance sign and the actual bridge viewed in the distance.
