2013-05-08

Yesterday morning we drove to Oakhurst so Marilyn could visit the Vampires (Quest Labs).  They will send a report to our Doctor in Eustis, FL.  At 4:30, we joined Dave and Brenda Neil and their neighbors for a wonderful happy hour.

This morning, we packed up and left Park of the Sierra’s about the crack of 10, and headed north to go east.  We drove CA 41 to south to CA 145, west to CA 99, then north on CA 99 to I-80, and then northeast on I-80 to Dutch Flat RV Park.  It is a Passport America Park for $17.50.  OK for an overnight, but I would not like to stay longer.  Rough interior roads and not very level sites.

Park of the sierras north to go east

Tomorrow, we will continue East on I-80 over Donner Pass to Nevada.

Hugs, and Type at You Later.

  1. You are just up the road from us. If you had looked to your right on I-80 as you drovr past the Foresthill exit, we are across the American River Canyon in Cool. You are also just past Dick Reed's (original RV Driving School owner) place in Applegate. Safe Travels.
