A lot happened today. It started out with the Escapees Chapter Directors chairing the Chapter Officer’s Meeting at 8:30. Then about noon we all lined up for a parade on the fairgrounds. The parade was led by Joe & Kay Peterson (founders of the Escapees RV Club) followed by the chapter representatives on the Row carrying their banners. We also had representatives from Co-ops, Certified BOFs, BOFs and Volunteer Club Representatives. I took pictures. The pet owners took up the end of the parade with their dogs, cats and a bird. At 2:00 we drew the winners of the Row game, and then started cleaning up as the Row is closed tomorrow. Tonight, Marilyn and I had tomato soup as our stomachs are still not right.
